Issue Summary
When I install the job_queue module, I get the following error when adding content:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: job_queue_add() in /mnt/web4/40/03/51694503/htdocs/modules/og/og.module on line 1436
Please help.

Sounds like a OG bug. Please correct the Version you are using. Maybe a module_exists call is missing...
