Is it possible to have this module work with the user profile, or even maybe have a option that allows users to watch another user, instead of just by content type?

Not without changes to the underlying design. It's a good idea and I'll keep it was a feature request or the future.

User is as usernode - eg. in APK

How can we have a link there : watch this user ?

If you use the Usernode or Bio module, you can watch those as well as other node types. Just enable Watcher for the user node type.

Hey, is there possibility to watch user with the new release of watcher ?
I'd like to add 'Follow user' option to the profiles to let users tracking themselves by e-mail notifications.
If watcher can't do this can you suggest some alternative ?

Watch user when he:
- add new node
- comments anything
- changes his profile info

Is there some module that can tract users or categories. So when new content posted by user or into category we get an email and have a place to see who is tracking what
