Cannot get videos or audio files to play

I've been trying to get this player working on my site to no avail. I'm using Drupal 5.10. I can get the player to show and sometimes I can get an uploaded file to show in the playlist but no thumbnail is generated and it will not play, either audio files (mp3's) or videos (flv). If I delete all the the uploaded files, when I access the page where it shows, the loader in the playlist spins then stops, which seems proper behavior. If I upload a file, the loader spins continuously, never pulling up the file. It's like it can't pull the file up. The view counters don't show anything but zero on the files. The only thing 'unique' to my site, it is a dev site on a subdirectory. I've played with the config paths till I'm blue in the face. This really looks good, I'd like to get it to work. Any help I would greatly appreciate. Dave
