Incompatible with lightbox2 on IE7

I had some trouble making this work in IE7.

First I had to patch the js code to mae it work properly (I had some crashes, and images were not positionned properly).

Then, this module does not work in IE7 when lightbox2 is used on the same page; as a workaround, you can deactivate lightbox2 for the pages showing an imageflow; just change the Page Specific Lightbox2 Settings in admin/settings/lightbox2
