Issue Summary
is there any way to support turkish characters in pager? I changed
$where = "INSTR('0123456789ABCÇDEFGHIİJKLMNOÖPRSŞTUÜVYZ', $myfield) = 0"; part. but it did not work. it is actully latin5.
what can I do?
