Under certain conditions, navigating to pages like user/1 or admin/build/block/edit/1 triggered a security message from a firewall that was configured to prevent downloads of files that may be malicious.
The message will display on all browsers and will be :
High security alert!!!
You are not permitted to download the file "1".
