Love your works :-)
Would be great if we can add a flag which will change "redirect" function into "archiving" function. This function is similar to what project mail_logger provides but this way we can use some Gmail mailbox for more reliable archiving (for audit reasons auditing).

This is out of the scope for this project, which is meant as a development tool.
If the mail_logger project does that already, why not use that project instead, or better have it as a separate project (mail_archive).
