Does this module works when CSS aggregation (in admin->performance) is turned on? Will it stll show different aggregates css in different sections?

really? It didn't for me in Drupal 6. I had to turn CSS AND JS aggregation off. Can you verify this works for your build?

I cannot repro. Enabled both, no change - all works as expected.
