Issue Summary
I'll first admit, I don't have SSH access so I couldn't (properly) install the pearwiki_filter module. I placed the module in the /modules directory but the rest of the install seemed to work. I was hoping this module is somewhat optional...
I get to the first page where you enter the date for the conference but when I try to upload the logo image or go to submit the entire page, I get this error:
Fatal error: Cannot use string offset as an array in /home/goflyxc1/public_html/ivi/profiles/cod/modules/location/location.module on line 414
What can I do to fix this?

it seems to have something to do with the location module (obviously!). And I just noticed that the location fields in the conference submission area are non-existent. The field titles are there but there are no fields available to fill in.
I reinstalled the location module (ver. 5.x-3.0-test2) and it didn't help. Is an earlier version of location.module recommended?

Given that 5.x is basically no longer supported and the profile is being rebuilt for 6.x I'm closing out old issues that are no longer relevant.
