Caching issue

After items have been added to the gallery by another user, I don't see them when I go to the fgallery page unless I refresh it. When I visited the fgallery page, for a specific gallery, there were "x" number of images displayed when there was supposed to "y". But when I refreshed the page I finally saw "y". Is there any way to correct this, without having to tell visitors to refresh the page to make sure they have access to all items?
