Hi,

I am looking for someone to do a Drupal project that has the following functionality:

1. Support for multiple sub domains
2. Real Estate module with separate access for agents with support for Google maps
3. Module to sell cars (could be the same as the real estate module with some changes)
4. Social networking functionality similar to Facebook, Hi5 or MySpace
5. Forum
6. Review module (Restaurants, Hotels, Cities etc)
7. Recipe module
8. 5 star rating module
9. Support for multiple languages
10. Banner system integration

Some of these modules already exist on drupal.org others will need to be custom built. The site was custom built using our own content management system, you can look at the current site http://www.rica24.com (we will want to use a different theme, possibly something from www.yootheme.com)
