Description

Hi,
I love this module - thanks, Stuart! I want to use it for user-generated content. Changing the "flash file" title and adding some help text and parameters to it would be great for a nicer user experience (e.g., max file size, file types, using file upload widget). Is this in the cards?

In fact, I'd like to use 2 flash nodes for different media types (audio, video). Is there a way to do this, even with an easy hack (e.g., duplicate the flash module, rename it, and do a search/replace)?

If they seem useful, please add them to the "feature requests".

I think you'll get what you're looking for from the new FlashField project. This is a CCK version of flash node, so you can define any number of content types, add help, create different types of content with different properties etc.

It's early days for the module, but it's coming on well.

You might want to check it out.

In the interim I'll set this thread to postponed as I don't plan to do anything to add significant new features to flash node while the FlashField work is underway. However, please post here or on the FlashField issue queue if you want to follow up.
