simpleviewer gallery not found

Hi

I have been trying this for weeks now. I have tried my best to avoid posting on here and to figure it out myself but no luck yet. I have image gallery working just fine. Setup and running smooth. When I put in /fgallery I get to the listing of my albums with the thumbnails. I choose the album I want and then flash gallery starts to load. Then I get a black screen the red loading bar in the middle starts to load but then it says above the bar "simpleviewer" and then below the bar it says "gallery not found". So frustrating, I have tried over and over again, many different drupal setups but never got it to work. Any help would be much much appreciated. Thanks
