Release notes

Added the following features:

* Issue #386858: Implement hook_node_operations for bulk/batch updating from Flickr.
* Issue #637582: Add optional $path argument to flickrsync_download_photo function to allow for better integration with other modules

Fixed the following bugs and issues:

* Issue #331295: Avoid creating nodes with no titles by setting title to photo id for Flickr photos without titles.
* Issue #367641 by karschsp: Update from Flickr control to appear only on Flickr Sync node type.
* Resolve issue with files being deleted on update by creating unique file names using timestamp and deleting old file once new file is moved to permanent location. Also update permanent location to use default field path.

Performed the following Code & UI updates:

* Remove use of HTTP/Request.php and replace with drupal_http_request function.
* Move import functionality in hook_menu to admin page. Update default admin page. Split up admin and import functions into separate include files.
* Add permission to administer Flickr Sync.
