The new Version 3.6.09 of PHP WebS Stat need a new inclusion-code for counter:

<iframe name="stat_counter" src="http://www.yourdomain.com/stat/counter.php" style="width: 115px; height: 147px;" frameborder="0" scrolling="no">Sorry but your browser does not support iframes</iframe>

In your Version 6.x-1.1 of PHP Web-Stat integration use:

<script type="text/javascript" src="http://www.mysite.com/stat/track.php?mode=js"></script><noscript><img src="http://www.mysite.com/stat/track_noscript.php" border="0" alt="" width="1" height="1"></noscript>

Can you fix that please or tell me, how I can fix that by my own.

No, sorry, you are confusing the counter window with the tracker inclusion which has not changed.

This module does not support the inclusion of the counter window at the moment.
