Hi there,

Your readme.txt says;

Overwrite the file nodewords/nodewords.module with the file nodewords.module.patched

Yet I've just downloaded the 5.x 1.1 and there isn't any nodewords.module.patched file.

Am I supposed to update the nodewords.module from the module's download page instead?

No, the patched nodewords was necessary on a previous version, but I posted a patch to nodewords that got committed into the module so the patch is no longer necessary that's why it's not there. I will remove that part from the README text. Thank you.
