Setting checkbox should be under "Comment settings"

I am updating the version to the last available one, that still doesn't place the settings in the "Comment settings" fieldset.

Here's a patch, please let me know if it works for you.

This would be great to have in the next release, the option is pretty well hidden in the workflow settings section

+1. Also, the weight should be adjusted to ensure that option is placed at the top of that fieldset.

Question regarding the comment form: Perhaps this module should automatically move the commenting form to a separate page and leave a note in the content type editing form explaining this? Just a thought.

I disagree on pushing it to the top of the form, though. It's not the most important thing and pushing down other items which people are used to seeing in that area could be jarring. New things tend to show at the bottom.
