Add a feed for recent updates to docs pages

The docs team needs to be able to keep track of changes to Handbook pages. This will be especially important if we choose to open up the editing of Handbook pages to all authorized d.o. users, instead of just to doc team members.

Right now there is a Recent Updates page at http://drupal.org/handbook/updates that lists the most recently updated docs pages, with their changelogs and the name of the editor, and provides links to them. This page may soon be updated to support diffs as well. But it would be nice to be able to monitor this page -- or to construct software that monitors it for you, perhaps looking for specific URLs or terms -- without having to manually reload it.

Would it be possible to create an RSS feed of the items on the Recent Updates page?
