No matter what the cache lifetime is set to, site documentation always shows 0 sec.

This matches the report for 6.x in #301544: Minimum cache lifetime value wrong. Since it is the 5.x code branch, I decided to open a separate report.

Since I maintain both branches at the same time, you should just add on to the existing issue with "I also see this in 5.x-1.xxxx."
