http://mystyle.com.ru/code/install.zip

Just place directory 'install' to unpacked drupal. And go to http://yoursite.com/install
Don't forget to delete directory 'install' after installation.
It works only for mySQL now, but I think it's not a problem to add postgres install.

i have just downloaded and i'l give a try.
Do we need to create the db name and use or it creates it.
You could have add a readme.txt and install.txt file. it would be very helpfull.
This makes installation very easy for newbies.
Actually civicspace has created one installation like this.

Thank You

Thank you for your work.

Can this be useful in creating multisite environment?

Means with single drupal code base and many sites. in that case it has to create another settings.php with the folder ex. subdomain.domain.com. Coz many people are looking for this as well.

Once again thank you and it's great.

I've added in readme:

Please note, that if you need advanced options, like postgres install, or multisiting, you have to edit configuration file manually.

I don't want to use all power of Drupal and to create a monster that will be able to create individual prefixes for every table, or variables for i18n, etc, etc... it will take much time, and if you are good enough to want advanced options, you can just open settings.php and edit it. Experienced users won't use web-based installation (I think so). I'm trying to ease installation for dummies.

Though, may be I can add multisiting.

What U have said is true.
"Experienced users won't use web-based installation (I think so). I'm trying to ease installation for dummies."
I came across forms about multisite installation from a script so i just mentioned it.

Anyway thank you.
