I've noticed that Collapsiblock stopped working after updating to JQuery 5.x-2.0

Is this possible or I did something wrong?

Who should ask to look at this you or the Jquery people ???

My mistake,

I also updated to the latest version but didn't added the proper filet to theme folder

same problem. how do i fix this? what file to I add to what folder in my themes? any help on this would be great, I am not sure what to do.
