billybob4 commentedScreenshot attached (I think this is the node selection page?)
This site has about 40-50 nodes and the ones listed are the only ones without a taxonomy term assigned to them.
I am using the experimental FCKEditor <-> linktocontent setup so this could be a problem at the FCK end. I have spoken to someone at that end who said that could be the case and they will look into that over the next day or two.
I have tried to install TinyMCE to determine whether this is a problem at the linktocontent end or the FCK end. Unfortunately despite spending a frustrating 3 hours on it I have been unable to successfully get TinyMCE working :)
I'll have another go at TinyMCE maybe tomorrow. Feel free to ignore this support request until I am able to determine which module I should assign the support request to.
Regards
Jon

sunYes, FCKeditor support is still experimental. With #307075: Implement hook_wysiwyg_plugin(), support for other editors than TinyMCE will hopefully advance.
