Issue Summary
The link http://www.bonvga.net/drupal_search_autocomplete is broken. Please fix this.

Hi,
I will try to maintain this module from now on. Therefore, I removed the links that had 404 errors and I will add new ones as soon as done.

It's the documentation for version 2.0, version 1.0 is so easy that it does not really need some doc!
