Dear Drupal users,

Today I installed Drupal in my Linux server. It is amazing. Atlast I found the ultimate CMS after trying 4-5 other programs. Thank you very much Drupal Team!

If anybody is working on Tamil translation, please let me know. I would like to contribute in this translation. Anyhow I am preparing myself to start the translation. I have no experience with the gettext or similar tools . Let me see how it works.

We have started translating Drupal in to Indian languages. Right now the process is really slow because, most of them are between jobs, or are too busy with their jobs. We are working with the Indlinux Team on this. I will also be giving a presentation on Drupal this tomorrow at the Indlinux Translators meeting at HBCSE, Mumbai.

If you are interested in helping us to make Drupal the first CMS that completely supports Indian languages, contact me or killes. Also please drop by the #drupal or #drupal-support chat room.

We have already started translations for Gujrati and Kannada.

Hi

I am from andhra. I am planning for telugu translation as well but not now. Quite busy with other work.

I am playing with the translator tools. Can anyone help how to how use these translator tools on windows box.

I have installed poedit. what's next?

Glad to find someone who wants to translate drupal into Tamil. I have been waiting for this moment. I am based in Chennai and would like to contribute to this effort in some way.

Freinds,

we are bringing out one site in Tamil using drupal. Ho do we invoke pdf to print in Tamil. By default its printing English in good , but in Tamil pages, its showing boxes. How do we overcome the problem.
