How do you rate the user? There's not a single option for it in fivestar. When I create a user page panel and try to assign a "rate user" button on that page, preferably under "send user message" there's no such option. Seems like it cannot be done.

And this is in Drupal 7. I personally doen't even find the fivestar configuration page.
