My work is being plagiarized on Planet Drupal.

This article just hit the feed:

http://www.eligio.org/search-engine-optimization-drupal-site-avoid-dupli...

It's a hack job of a popular article I wrote in early 2007, with numerous lines cut and paste directly from my site. Here's the opening paragraph:

"Basic Drupal installation comes with clean URL's function which is good for SEO, but the basic setting are not fully equip and still need to do some improvement when it comes to search engine friendliness. Proper search engine optimization will skyrocket your visitor, unfortunately most Drupal sites aren't performing well due to duplicate content"

And here are the original lines from my article: http://blamcast.net/articles/drupal-seo

"Drupal's clean URLs give it a good reputation when it comes to SEO, but there's a lot more you can do under the hood to improve Drupal's search engine friendliness." "Proper search engine optimization allows you to tap into a significant source of new visitors." "Unfortunately, most Drupal sites aren't performing as well as they could due to duplicate content."

The blatant plagiarism continues through the entire article, including copying my examples, links, and specific recommendations.

I'm working to get the article removed from that site completely, but in the mean time, I'd like to get this site removed from the feed before it does any more damage. It's especially frustrating when you consider the nature of the article (duplicate content). This isn't the first time it's been plagiarized, either.

I agree that the article is plagiarism. I removed the item from the feed. It was the only item ever posted by this site.

I've not gone as far as to remove the site from the Planet but think it should be considered at least until the site itself begins adding "it's own" content.
