My thumbnail is in 16.9 but the player is shoing the image in 4.3
and the dashPlayer dos not fork for my with the newest Service module.
And I'm using the field_dashplayer_media and the url to the video is shoing up on the node page how can I hide it so that the visitors can not see wear I have the file?

If you are using field_dashplayer_media, you can hide this by just changing the theme for that node type.

Also, you can set the thumbnail size by simply editing the skin that you are using and change the thumbnail size to 16:9.

And... yes... the Dash Media Player is not yet compatible with the latest Services module. You will need to use version 0.9 (for Drupal 6) or 0.91 (for Drupal 5) to get this to work.... I am working on this fix right now.
