But there is a jump module for D6 that's supposed to provide the same functionality ... I'm going to check that out.

Assuming jump can do drop down navigation menu, how do I embed a block in a page to show the dropdown menu?

I hadn't clocked you were D6. I'm not sure if there is a jump menu for D6 yet.

In D5 I merely enable the jump menu block, left side bar, rightside bar, header, footer or content depending on where you want it to appear.
