No. Currently this theme does not have RTL support.
I welcome any help that you may have to offer in this area.

I an 100% open to adding this formatting to the theme if someone wants to supply the CSS.

Feel free to submit a patch or upload an RTL CSS file and I will add it to the theme. Otherwise, I do not have the need to directly add support for RTL as it is not my default language format.
