okay, created a patch that'll give theme developpers a chance to define where to go when back to top is clicked.

alexanderpas: your patch doesn't go far enough. You didn't specify an anchor name for 'top' so this functionality would be broken for all users of all browsers until the site maintainer modified their theme, which just isn't an acceptable situation.

The attached patch fixes this. I've also committed it to CVS, so it will be included in the next dev release later today.
