Suppress module in multi-language site

Hi,

I'm am currently updating a (small) site by adding multi-language support using the core features as well as the i18n module. I also use the job_posting module for vacancy management. However, I would only like to use the job_posting module in the Dutch language of the site, as there is no interests in applications from people abroad. Right now, the menu item for it is showing up in all languages though, regardless of whether I set the item do Dutch in the menu properties or not.

How do I disable access to the job_posting module when the language is not Dutch?

Any help would be very much appreciated.
