Installed and configured TinyMCE as needed.

When accessing a page that uses TinyMCE - the page goes blank and hangs - no way to fix it.

Have you updated in any way your jquery library ?

Yes that's it
Try to set to false this option in your tinymce configuration :

Display enable/disable rich texte editor toggle

Ant it may fix your problem

This version of TinyMCE is not supported anymore. The issue is closed for this reason.
Please upgrade to a supported version and feel free to reopen the issue on the new version if applicable.
