Folders not included in Tag

Description
For some reason the base css and js folders did not make it into my most recent tag for imagefield_gallery module. (DRUPAL-5--2-0-ALPHA4)
Not sure how to fix this. Add1sun said I should probably make an issue, I hope I got it into the right place.

When you tag the Alpha 5 release (no changes can be made to Alpha 4 since it has been released), be sure to tag all the files.
