Description

I'm unable to have the submenu links appear after clicking on a main menu link.
Eg: After click columes, the "# both sidebars # left sidebar # right sidebar # no sidebar" links do not appear.

this could be caused by a number of things. the most common way to fix this issue is to make sure that when you are creating menu items (http://www.example.com/admin/build/menu-customize/primary-links), you must make sure the the menu items are both enabled and expanded. If the menu items are not expanded, a drop-down menu will not appear.

also, in drupal 6, you must create nodes/views/panels ect with the appropriate urls first both creating menu items for the site.

I'm not sure whether these suggestions will solve your issue. Please feel free to send me a link to your site so I can better understand what you mean.
