Help! All customization + customization panel disappeared

I was attempting to adjust the settings for my header to remove the slogan. I went into the theme configuration for ArtistsC01, and deselected the "site slogan" option, and hit save. All of my customization (drop down menus, color scheme, custom logo, etc) immediately disappeared. Reselecting the "site slogan" option did not fix the issue. I am now unable to even FIND the customization options in the administration panel to reset the customization. I reinstalled the theme to no avail. This occurs for both logged in and anon users.
