Status Report: Fetchgals package missing

HI thanks for the module,this will be a big time saver doing all this on a webserver!, I am having trouble getting it running, I get this status report from 6.4.
Fetchgals Fetchgals package missing.
The Fetchgals package is not installed correctly. Please consult the provided INSTALL.txt file for help.
Missing files: findtgps.pl.

I poured over the docs before asking,

setup:
Drupal 6.4 Perl Version: 5.8.7 is installed. filesys::DF is installed. BerkeleyDB 0.34 is installed at: usr/bin/perl
I am using about 75 URLs from the provided list and added a few of my own as a control. I know that the tgps file has valid URL's that contain content that should populate

the fetchgals 5-6 from sourceforge is (1) file. that contains all the files. Do I have to 'break' it into 2 files, creating the findtgps.pl in a seperate file?, I am not a programmer, so I may be looking at the problem/solution, and dont see it. I attach 2 images of my file structure and you can see 'findtgps.pl is missing. but it is included in the fetchgals.pl...me confused...

looking at the logs I see fetchgals running, when I execute 'Find Galleries("1st"), Download Pictures, and Create Html, I get a status confirmation on the fecthgals admin page. i,e, 'Find Galleries function started',or 'Download Pictures function started' and 'Create HTML function started' and I get fetchgal log file updates, but when all said and done, no-output no-joy.
