Yes, DrupalvB's integration is one-way only. There is no plugin vor vBulletin yet, which would allow to trigger something in Drupal upon an action in vBulletin.

To circumvent this, block your users from within Drupal.

you mean for block user both in vb and drupal
i need block once in drupal
but i try it
block in drupal and log in vb
and its login succesfully....
