In FAQ I added an field email , for mail of user who ask , but in faq_ask this field does not exist ?
How to make additional fields from content type FAQ to appear in FAQ_ASK ?

They are two separate modules, so your change would have to also be applied to Faq_Ask. Also see #198828: Notify Asker on answer.

This is something I need too - until that issue gets implemented, I need a way to write a short message to the user on the form (ie: include your email address if you want an answer!). Is there a way to do this short of hacking up the module?

As you can see in the issue mentioned above, I would like to do this, but Real Life has other priorities at the moment. If either of you can submit a patch, that would help a lot.
