Order of CSS id and CSS class different on Mini panels and Page

Just a small bug, or not even that. Was adding some content to some mini panels and panel pages and noticed this. CSS ID is coming before CSS CLASS on Mini panels which is the opoosite of Panels page when you add content to an area.

Not much to report, however...
