Drupal Site Designer Required

Hello,

I help run our local football club, the club has 22 teams which all need a section each on the web site.
The project spec which I don't want to upload here, but includes player profiles, team photos, Team Stats, Team News, fixtures and results and related areas of which each team manager or nominated person will have to ability to edit their own section.

I already have a theme that I would like to work with, I just need the site developing, because there are 22 teams its my believe that once one teams section is built it can be copied to the others, I can try and provide a HTML view of my needs if needed.

Requirements:

English: native lang
Portfolio: Website portfolio, show casing your skills, past projects, live sites, etc.
Perfection: Attention to detail... everything needs to be fully tested and guaranteed, nothing left undone or missing.
Agreement: Once all specs are discussed and agreed, I will need to see the site operational on a test server to make sure its running as I have planed it.
Completed site: Once the site is completed the designer will be free to use this design for future customers.
