Error in 5.x and 6.x

Description
I`ve installed drupal new. Only Image Module and Fotonotes Module (and Core Modules) and get in the 5.x and 6.x Version always this error: An error ocurred, and your changes can not be saved.
I think thats a httprequets error, but I dont know why???
