I can't add header region to my site, does anyone can help me?

Today I installed drupal 6.4 on my site, and chosed a theme which named Stasis
It's really a nice theme,but after I loggined drupal and go to "Administer » Site building »Blocks",I found there were only 2 region to chose:footer and sidebar.In Its demo the header region is exist.
I am a new Drupal user，so I don't know how to find out the header region. Help me please,thanks.

There isn't one, looking at the .info file for that theme reveals..

regions[left] = Side Bar
regions[footer] = Footer

You'll have to add it yourself or make a support request to the projects issue queue.
