I posted my sentiment here, but I promise not to start using DrupalMU as an issue tracker. ; )
Basically, clicking Home when logged in makes me think I'm heading back to my own home page, themed like the rest of my blog posts. However, it jarringly sends me to the front page of the whole site in a completely different theme. I know part of this is just site setup... you could simply not use a link, but what link would you use to get to a user's homepage? Should it be a View w/ a URL based argument? Would it simply be an alias to /blog/user?
Also, any thoughts on getting user specific blocks and regions going for user homepages?

wmostrey commentedI've been looking some more at MU blogging software and I think you are right: the title of the site always goes to the blogger's homepage, not the homepage of the site. There is usually a pretty small link at the top or at the bottom so I guess I'll create a block to appear in the footer saying something "This blog is created on DrupalMU.org".
So when a user clicks on the home title, which should read "$user's blog" (or perhaps I'll create a profile field for that) and it would go to $site/$user, for example http://drupalmu.org/users/rszrama. I think I'll update the url scheme as well, http://drupalmu.org/rszrama would look much better, and allow better integrate with http://rszrama.drupalmu.org eventually.

wmostrey commentedI think it looks and works as expected now. By clicking a post on the DrupalMU homepage or by directly visiting a user's blog, you are "locked in" on that homepage and the only way to get out of their is to click the link in the "Hosted by section". So someone could have his blog hosted on a DrupalMU set-up without the visitor really noticing it, in the same way this would happen on blogger.com for instance.
For example: http://drupalmu.org/rszrama
I also updated the url aliasses a bit, I think they make a lot more sense now and they make navigating by altering the url a lot more user friendly.

wmostrey commentedThanks, feel free to file more issues if you run into them. All feedback is highly appreciated. I just finished the monthly archive per blog using views on my sandbox, this will go live on Monday probably.

summit commentedHi,
Will this subdomain concept [user].site.com also be available in the install profile for drupalmu ?
very interested in the profile itself!
Greetings and thanks for building this.
