Sessions, contribution, connection, and Early Bird savings until 8 June.I noticed that the output of the text size block is generated by a theme function, but these theme functions are not called through the theme() function. This means they are not overrideable. This patch makes the theme functions overridable.

Yeah, this is quite annoying. Theme functions should be overrideable, that's the whole point!
