The above link uses an underscore in the type name. This is of course present in the actual type name, but if it is not swapped out for a hyphen, the redirect doesn't work.

GRR! should read ... /supplier_profile/ ...

It just happens on the first occurrence - the second occurrence of those words is correctly rendered with the hyphen.
