Unable to create first account

Description
When I click on 'create first account' I see a directory listing of the Drupal directory. Using Apache 2.0, PHP5.2, Mysql 5.0.
I can create the database file, Drupal creates the tables but then I can't go from there.
Any help will be appreciated.

I believe the proper place for this question is the "Installing Drupal" forum at http://drupal.org/forum/1.
This is the issue queue for the admin block module, a small module that adds some content moderation links to a admin block.
