The module only provides 3 of the possible 9 layouts. (See the attached screenshot.)
When use the link to download the module I get all the layouts. Looking in the layouts directory of the module downloaded using cvs shows that it does not have all the possible layouts.

sdboyer commentedYep. Somewhere along the line, CVS choked and screwed up and managed to forget about some of the layouts.
It's been fixed in -dev.
