I installed the latest version of Drupal and downloaded the Taxonomy Access module from here, I followed the instructions provided to turn on and enable the module, but then nothing change afterall. When I can go to the access control panel I cannot see the "categories permission" menu as it stated.

Actually I will have a number of "terms" under my forum (so that there are a number of sub-forum), I want some of them only be available to, say, Site Admin, so how could I achieve this while Taxonomy Access module isn't working?
