I have noticed that running Update does not automatically include Sitenotes. I had to upgrade manually i.e select the version for Sitenotes, otherwise I had php errors showing in my logs.

I don't know why that would be. Was this a new install? There is only one update and it has been there for quite a while; I will make a small improvement to it.
