Description
This module is a great solution for website that have about 100 - 200 terms in the category.
But this module needs pages in the listing in the Index pages so that it can be used in the website that have too many terms just like in the urbandictionary.com
In the Index pages, it should be separated to Page 1, Page 2, Page 3, and so on..

Added and committed to 6.x-2.x-dev.
You may configure the amount of terms per page at Administer > Site building > Vocabulary Index > Settings. By setting this value to 0 (zero) paging will be disabled. The pager itself is added to VI pages in vocabindex_page.tpl.php as $pager. Sidenote: paging is available to pages only, but not for tree views.
